Jumpstart Your Writing
(Offered through Portland Community College)
July 12-Aug. 9, 2011. Northeast Portland, OR
Do you wonder where writers get their ideas? Have you always wanted to write but don’t know where to start? Or maybe you’ve done some writing but then ran out of ideas. In Jumpstart Your Writing, you’ll use lots of fun, in-class writing prompts and exercises to get your creative juices flowing. By the end of the class you’ll have made a good start on several writing projects. The class is designed for beginning to intermediate writers. Although the class stands on its own, it also prepares students for the Kickstart Your Writing class.
